| Description | Key Responsibilities
- Drive students on fixed routes and time schedules.
- Transport children to field trips and sports events.
- Inspect the bus before and after every trip.
- Follow all traffic laws and safety rules.
- Help students get on and off the bus safely.
- Manage student conduct and report issues.
- Keep the interior of the bus clean.
- Hold a valid Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) with passenger (P) and school bus (S) endorsements.
- Maintain a clean driving record.
- Pass background checks, physical exams, and drug tests.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Show patience and strong communication skills.
