Key Responsibilities
  • Drive students on fixed routes and time schedules.
  • Transport children to field trips and sports events.
  • Inspect the bus before and after every trip.
  • Follow all traffic laws and safety rules.
  • Help students get on and off the bus safely.
  • Manage student conduct and report issues.
  • Keep the interior of the bus clean. 
Requirements and Skills
  • Hold a valid Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) with passenger (P) and school bus (S) endorsements.
  • Maintain a clean driving record.
  • Pass background checks, physical exams, and drug tests.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Show patience and strong communication skills.
